Order Cancellation Policy
Since all our apparel is made-to-order, we can only accept cancellations within 6 hours of order placement.

Apparel Return Policy
At 19th Hole Apparel, each item is custom-made just for you, allowing us to offer bold and unique designs. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, so please check our size charts carefully before ordering.
However, if your order arrives damaged or with a misprint, we’ll make it right!

Shipping Information

- Multiple Shipments: Orders may arrive in separate packages from different production facilities.
- Production Time: Typically 3-5 business days (varies by product).
- Delivery Time: Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3-10 business days.
- Holiday Delays: Shipping times may be extended during peak seasons.

- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address (e.g., missing apartment number, incorrect postal code), the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
- Re-shipping can take up to 30 days while we wait for the package to be returned to us.
- We are not liable for lost, delayed, or rejected packages due to incorrect addresses.
